Happy New Year! Could you please help out by commenting here? It's the old debate, who was the first Holy Roman Emperor, Charlamagne or Otto. Do you know the authoritative mainstream sources i.e. who are the real expert historians who have addressed this? I think the article would be more stable if we have better (and more recent) sources.
