Move Stalin's definition of the nation from the lead section to a section in the article body. It is inappropriate for the lead section, primarily because the work from which it is taken, Marxism and the national question is a piece of political, not scholarly writing. Secondly, Stalin is primarily known among the public as a highly controversial political figure, not a scholar, so using his opinion in the lead section detracts from the credibility of the article.
