Your recent edits edit

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 01:59, 4 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hi MATHEUS HS, I'm happy to be the first to write on your talk page. I have made it clear and explicit that Heartbreak Station shifts away from glam metal. I hope we have reached a compromise. So do not change the article again and keep all three genres. OK? I hope we're settled with it. FateForger (talk) 22:42, 4 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

I am very happy we finally reached a compromise, and I am very very sorry for having written on your user page instead of your talk page. I was very tired, but there is really no excuse for it. I have now moved my comment right here in the right place as you can see. I hope that everything is OK now. I'm happy to believe that now Heartbreak Station is a better and more complete album, and this is thanks to you too, because without our discussion I would have simply implemented the genres without making it clear it shifts away from glam. So thank you for this. I'm sure we'll get on with each other in a better way from now on. FateForger (talk) 14:41, 6 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Removal of Genre & Reference from this article edit

Hi there. Please do not remove references and valid genres from this article. The reference you removed is a reliable and verifiable source, and it categorizes Giant as Hair Metal (which incidentally is Glam Metal) and Heavy Metal. Thank you. Amsaim (talk) 08:33, 27 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from removing valid genres from this article. The reference supports the genres. If you have a reliable verifiable source to support your removal, please state your source. If you do not have a reliable source to back up your removal, then please do not change the genres again. Any additional removal of the well-sourced genres from the Giant article is a disruption of Wikipedia. Thank you. Amsaim (talk) 23:07, 27 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
I agree with what Amsaim states. There is a valid source. FateForger (talk) 17:52, 28 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
This is the last caution I will place on your talk page. The next time you remove references and valid genres from the Giant article without providing any reliable verifiable source for your removal, you will be reported to the Administrator's board. Amsaim (talk) 11:56, 2 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
Again, I couldn't agree more with what Amsaim says. This way of behaving is annoying. FateForger (talk) 16:41, 2 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

You've been warned for long enough about your disruption. And no, your personal opinion don't qualify over reliable sources. Our policy has been explained to you: we want verifiability, not truth. This is a short block, because I hope you can act properly when it's released. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 09:18, 5 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Also, we're not dumb, so fair warning. Log-out to edit war again and you'll be blocked permanently. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 09:20, 5 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

July 2010 edit

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Damn Yankees (band), without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. August 2010 edit

Please stop. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did to Giant (band), you may be blocked from editing. Amsaim (talk) 09:25, 1 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits.

Blocked edit

It has become apparent that you are presently using your account solely to engage in slow edit wars over referenced music genres, without any meaningful discussion. Accordingly, I have blocked you indefinitely. This is not necessarily forever, but it is until you acknowledge why your actions are a problem. Please use the {{unblock}} template if you wish to appeal this block - I am happy for any admin to unblock if they feel you understand the problem. ~ mazca talk 12:10, 5 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Mazca, I think he is editing the articles again under an IP address, check the histories of articles he edit warred on--Lerdthenerd (talk) 19:13, 7 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or

  1. understand what you have been blocked for,
  2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
  3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. PhilKnight (talk) 20:29, 17 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
