Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Thiago Pereira, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Cuban. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Damian Vaughn birth place

edit

I noticed you've edited the Damian Vaughn article to add a category and cleanup his birth place. However, the birthplace is wrong. It was edited by 177.191.9.91 (a IP user with only one edit) in 2013 to Divinópolis, Minas Gerais, but this is not case. The source itself states that he was born in Anchorage, and the fact is corroborated by this Folha de S. Paulo article from 2003, which says he lived in his mother's hometown (Divinópólis) for almost five years, but was born in Anchorage. The information is also seen in this Extratime news piece from 2014. Therefore, I'm editing it back to Anchorage in the infobox at removing the city in the lead (per WP:MOSBIO).Felipe Bini (talk) 17:24, 28 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Felipe Bini (talk) 17:55, 28 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

November 2015

edit

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on FIFA U-20 World Cup. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Amortias (T)(C) 21:19, 8 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Add sources while you're at it

you reverted my edits on russel wilson. i deleted those because they're not sourced. please add sources, or i'll have to delete them again. Nezi1111 (talk) 20:06, 4 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

@Nezi1111: This information can be easily sourced. I myself did many contribuition in this article. You could try it instead delete them. Some these sourced are in own article. Luizengmec (talk) 20:12, 4 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

so? you still need to provide sources for your edits. and it's up to you since you're the one who (re)added them. Nezi1111 (talk) 20:15, 4 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Adhemar Ferreira da Silva

edit

Adhemar won 2 gold medals. In most ranking, 2 gold medals is more important than 1 gold and 2 bronzes. It makes no sense to make a list and left Adhemar out. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Renangms (talkcontribs) 21:37, 15 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

@Renangms: At least 3 medals and not 2. Luizengmec (talk) 21:40, 15 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Brazil at the Olympics

edit

Hello. Since Marathon Swimming has its own pictogram and is considered a discipline within the "Aquatics" array of sports, separated from Long Course Swimming, I've added the medal earned by Poliana Okimoto as a medal in Marathon Swimming. I have also modified the article Swimming at the Summer Olympics, so Long Course Swimming and Marathon Swimming are listed in separate ways. -- ThiagoSimoes (talk) 00:14, 22 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

My apologies!! I'm the one that was flip-flopping. I added the by distance table myself a few months and I did that same thing when I was adding table. Doesn't make much sense for the most recent season to be listed first on NFL.com--Rockchalk717 17:28, 20 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
