Stop. Vice is a legitimate news source, and thousands of Wikipedia articles cite its articles. Wikipedia accepts the legitimacy of Vice articles as sources. As such, any Vice article does not need to list additional sources or evidence in itself, nor does it matter whether you think the writer might just be using his/her own opinion. The Vice article used for the Lucy Bronze page is a legitimate source and it must be respected. As an attempted act of conciliation I have removed the other source cited in this section, acknowledging its weakness, and have reworded the information provided so as to acknowledge the fact that whilst Bronze is OPENLY a member of the LGBT community it is not explicitly known whether she is bi or lesbian. However, the legitimacy of Vice as a source must be respected and the information it does provide must remain. I understand that you feel passionately enough about this matter as to create new accounts just to remove my information, however I would politely ask that you re-think whether it is proper to believe that your own opinion should prevail over a reputable source. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AmSam13 (talkcontribs) 22:19, 29 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Okay well this is the only account I have and Lucy is not openly a member of the lgbt community and we need to respect her privacy. She'll come out when/if she's ready. LucyWalshWhite (talk) 11:20, 30 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

I do respect her privacy, but the fact that she is a member of the LGBT community is already publicly documented by a reputable news source which was provided. Therefore, no invasion of privacy has taken place as this information is already in the public discourse. I'm afraid if any disrespect of her privacy has taken place it has already occurred by the publication of Vice's article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AmSam13 (talkcontribs) 11:45, 30 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

So surly if this article has invaded her privacy surely it shouldn't be used as Lucy has never said this herself LucyWalshWhite (talk) 15:06, 30 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

  • It doesn't necessarily invade her privacy: for all we know Bronze could have told ''Vice'' that she is openly LGBT. I just used that example to say that I cannot have invaded her privacy because this information already exists in the public domain, so if you're accusing anyone of invading Lucy's privacy, it should be Vice. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AmSam13 (talkcontribs) 16:50, 30 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
