Everything in Wikipedia has to be based on published reliable sources, so your personal involvement with a patient is not an acceptable source of information for articles. Additionally, your state may have laws that prevent you from saying anything anyway; nurses, for example, can lose their licenses if they disclose information about a patient, sometimes even if it seems like a harmless thing to say.
