Jasmine! edit

Hi Jasmine, I like your name as well. I also like shrimp scampi! Some of my other favorite foods are pizza, sushi, and spicy lobster. See you tomorrow!

Hello edit

Hey Jasmine do you know how we're supposed to 'submit' these Wikipedia things to Blackboard or how this is even supposed to work? I have no clue lol

Feedback edit

Hi Lovejonespink. Thank you for your expansion of the The Understanding of Self and Identity article. Just a few thoughts on some ways you could improve it further

  • You moved the article from "Self and Identity" to "The Understanding of Self and Identity". I just wanted to let you know that Wikipedia article titles generally do not begin with the word "The" (unless, for example, the word is part of the title of a book or movie) and, beyond the first word of the article, only proper nouns are supposed to be capitalized. (These are also true of section titles within an article.)
  • You added a section on Individual level analysis of the self, but you did not include any inline references. It's best to add references when you add information to an article; other editors might see this information and remove it because it's unreferenced before you get a chance to add the references (which creates unnecessary work both for them and for you). You also run the risk of forgetting to come back and add references. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 18:40, 13 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Self and Identity edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Self and Identity requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.
