Proper method for Talk contributions edit

When making a new section at an article's Talk page, the Subject/headline should be what you are writing about, not your User name. In the content of what you are adding, 'sign' your comments by typing four of ~ at the end. (on most keyboards, the ~ is to the left of the numbers.)
