Hello! Thank you for submitting your request for admin intervention upon 4.245.95.34. I just wanted to tell you that usually you should give the IP a t4 or t3 warning before going to AIV. Since the IP user only had two edits, the best warning you could give was probably a t2. If the guy had vandalized 5 times today, and received a t3 or t4, I would have blocked him for 31+ hours.
