Hello, I think these two paragraphs are a great start. They are well detailed and each sentence transitions nicely. However, will this be an addition to the existing Sex trafficking page or will this section be made into a separate page? If this section is an addition, I think placing it between the Sex Trafficking and Defining the issuesection will be a good fit. Because you referenced the 13th and 14th amendment, will you be adding a description of each within this section? If not I think providing the link to those existing pages will be beneficial for the readers.
