About John P. Irish, since Wikipedia does not use WP:original research, the best bet is to get your friend's information published in a WP:reliable source, a secondary source, and then just paraphrase it into Wikipedia, or use some of the original wording as a quotation, plus reference to the source. If she already has reliable secondary sources, then she can just add it to the article herself. She can cite her sources however she wants to (in the body of the article, for example), and somebody else will come along and WP:Wikify it for her.
