At Talk:Logan_City#Requested_move, you used "we" to talk about the city, indicating a connection to the city. Your user name is "Locancc" which could be interpreted to be connected to the city. If this is a shared account, then each person which uses this account should create a separate user account. -- 65.94.169.222 (talk)
