September 2014 edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one or more of your recent edits to Roham has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Roham edit

Please do not blank or overwrite extant articles. If you would like to start an article about an individual named "Roham" you will need to do so under a seperate title (example Roham Nouri).--Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 21:30, 5 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

System Bass edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of System Bass, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.sbass.ir/.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Speedy deletion nomination of Trunk Party edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing inappropriate pages, such as Trunk Party, is not in accordance with our policies. Welcome! edit

Hello, Lockheed lover, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{help me}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Questions or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! 220 of Borg 18:56, 21 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Roham edit

Please understand, you did not create the page Roham. You tried to take over an existing page about a totally unrelated subject. You need to create a new page with a name like Roham (rapper) (doesnt mean it won't be deleted though!). And, I now see that this has been suggested to you before! Continuing to try to 'hjack' a page like this is not acceptable behaviour on Wikipedia.
Please take a close look at the links in the 'Welcome' message above this section. 220 of Borg 19:19, 21 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Cut and paste 'move' edit

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Roham a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut-and-paste-move repair holding pen. Thank you.

Proposed deletion of Sluggish edit

The article Sluggish has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Speedy deletion nomination of Trec Mack edit

Hello Lockheed lover,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Trec Mack for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. ubiquity (talk) 16:39, 6 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Trec Mack edit

Thanks for the cup of coffee. I'm sorry I nominated your unfinished article for deletion, but I couldn't tell you were still working on it. Obviously neither could the moderator who eventually deleted it. To avoid this in the future, you could try any of the following techniques to avoid scrutiny until the article is ready:

  • Create the article in your user: space, the draft: space, or the sandbox and then move it when you're done
  • Use the under construction template to let people know you're still working. Note, though, that the instructions for this template say "this template should not be used for new articles with little content."

Another technique would be to start the article with an assertion of notability, and a reference. With those two things, people are likely to leave you alone while you work on the rest of the article. If you don't have a reference, an article about a living person is doomed anyway, so you might as well start by finding one. ubiquity (talk) 17:43, 6 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Problems with upload of File:Roham3.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Roham3.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

To add this information, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

License tagging for File:Roham7.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Roham7.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.
