Recent edits to Steph McGovern edit

Hello. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person (Steph McGovern), but that you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! —UY Scuti Talk 12:05, 18 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Steph McGovern.jpg edit

A tag has been placed on File:Steph McGovern.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted content borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. March 2017 edit

Please do not add or change content without citing a reliable source using an inline citation that clearly supports the material. The burden is on the person wishing to keep in the material to meet these requirements, as a necessary (but not always sufficient) condition. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. 2601:188:1:AEA0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 21:11, 10 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

  • I notice you've gifted several accounts with strong warnings over adding unsourced content to biographical articles, but I see some history of same here. Can you can provide a source for this edit [1]? 2601:188:1:AEA0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 21:30, 10 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unreferenced or poorly referenced biographical content, especially if controversial, to articles or any other Wikipedia page. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. 2601:188:1:AEA0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 21:54, 10 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Sources needed for Days of the Year pages edit

You're probably not aware but Days of the Year pages are no longer exempt from WP:V and direct sources are required for additions. For details see the WikiProject Days of the Year style guide. The article about the person you added to August 13 did not have any source that I could add to this page to back up your addition so this change has been reverted. Please do not restore it without providing a direct reliable source. Thank you. Toddst1 (talk) 01:18, 12 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

February 2018 edit

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you violate Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy by inserting unsourced or poorly sourced defamatory or otherwise controversial content into an article or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Choi Min-jeong.
