I'm working on adding coverage of disposable cups and discs to the menstrual cup page; it won't be like your draft, but your feedback is welcome. You are also welcome to develop a full draft in your user space, on a page such as User talk:Lmschulte/Menstrual disc -- that's a typical approach when the topic isn't yet ready to have its own article.
