If his notability status has significantly change to the point that it is article-worthy, you can re-create the entry - but as long as it is much more improved go ahead with the improvements. Sorry for the delay, because usually the most recent entry is located at the bottom of the page - though I should have put a note at the top. I could also if you want send a copy of the deleted version if you prefer so to make the necessary improvements.
