Hi there !!!.....i think what u mean is a Userbox. Those colorful boxes are called userbox and u can use appropriate userbox to denote ur choices, likes and dislikes. You can choose ur userbox from this gallery. Just copy the relevant userbox code and paste it to ur user page.....if u have any more questions, feel free to ask !!!
