In response to your feedback

Are you talking about Talk:List of largest United Kingdom settlements by population? If so, all I see is some, rather mild, disagreement (if you can call it such). Just continue discussing things on the talk-pages , and you'll be fine. Cheers and happy editing.

Oh, I wasn't referring to that! I've had some disagreements with another user over whether some settlements could be described as towns or not on a couple other articles, and haven't really been able to reach a consensus on it with them. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
