Hi, welcome to Wikipedia! Please be aware that according to Wikipedia guidelines "Accounts that purport to represent an entire group or company are not permitted" (see WP:CORPNAME) and user accounts have to represent individuals (see WP:NOSHARE). You're thus open to this account being blocked. Members of the "team" should instead create individual accounts and reveal their association with USANA on their userpages. The problem with "official" accounts is there's no real way to tell if they're authentic or not, at least not without Wikipedia devoting a deal of resources to it.
