Superman Returns sequel

Since the Superman Returns page isn't that large, there won't be a need for a separate article on the sequel until around the time production officially starts. Singer has not even been contracted yet (although he maintains that he's making the movie). The only people connected to the film are the ones that signed the standard 3-picture deal originally. The other problem is the title. We don't know a title yet, and if one hasn't been officially stated by the time of production then the page itself will have to be under an ambiguous title. Since Singer is working on Valkeryie right now, and I think he has another movie lined up after this, the production probably won't begin till mid to late 2008, maybe not even until 2009. So, it will probably be awhile before it needs to be split off.  BIGNOLE  (Contact me) 04:34, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

There has been no further details of this film, and IMDb's title isn't considered a reliable source.  BIGNOLE  (Contact me) 22:03, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

Cancelled Superman film

You asked about Kevin Smith's cancelled Superman movie. Believe it or not, all that stuff you thought might be vandallism is actually true. The script is here [1] if you want to see for yourself. A gx7 02:05, 29 July 2007 (UTC)

It Takes Two (1988 film)

A {{prod}} template has been added to the article It Takes Two (1988 film), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you endorse deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please tag it with {{db-author}}. KMS 01:46, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

Notability of Danny Tanner (band)

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Danny Tanner (band), by Nuttah68 (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Danny Tanner (band) seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Danny Tanner (band), please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. --Android Mouse Bot 2 19:05, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

Non-free use disputed for Image:Parenttrapposter.jpg

  This file may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Parenttrapposter.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted after seven days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 05:11, 5 August 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Gotacd.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Gotacd.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Barnstars

You get barnstars by doing various impressive things on Wikipedia. If someone finds something you do impressive then they can award you an original barnstar, or any other kind of barnstar depending on what it is you do. Wikidudeman (talk) 06:32, 12 August 2007 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with Image:S3.jpg

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:S3.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI 19:25, 12 August 2007 (UTC)

Superman film series

I would strongly advise that you do not nominate Superman film series as a FAC; the article, believe me, is nowhere near ready. Instead, I would suggest requesting a peer review for the article to see how it can be improved. —Erik (talkcontrib) - 19:25, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

Very cool. :) I'll see what I can suggest for the article. —Erik (talkcontrib) - 19:33, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Titanic5disc.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Titanic5disc.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 08:46, 18 August 2007 (UTC)

Limetolime

A tag has been placed on Limetolime, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect to a user page from the main/article space. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Superman (1978 film)

I have reverted your change to the title of this article. It has been determined that the correct title for the film is Superman, not the promotional title, Superman: The Movie. It is usually best to discuss moving any article concerning such a well-known topic before doing so. In any case, Superman: The Movie (film) would not be the correct usage were that to be the chosen title for the article. I have added a discussion of the issue to the talk page here. If you would like to make your case for changing the name, please do so at this time. Rhindle The Red 04:24, 22 August 2007 (UTC)

Another editor has attempted to move the page without following procedure, leading to problems that need to be cleared up and a decision made as to what the title of the article will be. If you would like to make your opinion known, go to the current discussion at Talk: Superman: The Movie (film)#Requested move and make your case. Rhindle The Red 16:10, 26 August 2007 (UTC)

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. License tagging for Image:Esandla.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Esandla.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 15:06, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

Request reason:

Yamla, first of all, I have read the specifics to linking to copyrighted website, and understand them. But I partly believe that this block is unfair, because I have seen links to copyrighted pages without any bocks given to that user. For example, look at Lovewrecked#External Links, you can see that there is links to Youtube. Same thing with Fantastic Four (1994 film)#External links, Links to youtube, without them being removed. Last, but certainly not least, there is a link to a copywrited video sharing site (similar to Youtube), under Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut#DVD Special Features. Overall, this block is unfair. Please overlook this as soon as possible, and contact me as well. Limetolime 20:48, 9 October 2007 (UTC)

Decline reason:
