Wikipedia and copyright

I also removed your edits to Botswana and National Library Service of Botswana, as they were completely copied from the cited sources. Even if you cite a source when copying something, it is still a copyright violation and unfortunately cannot be included on wikipedia. Moneytrees🏝️^{Talk/CCI guide} 18:24, 20 May 2021 (UTC)

More copyright issues, please read this

I removed some more content you added to Botswana Meat Commission. I've bolded the similarity between this edit and the source;

"'BMC quality and food safety management system is an integrated process that incudes selecting the finest raw materials ,the use of modern technology, disciplined production processes, attention to detail and most importantly , meticulously maintain high standards of safety , legality and quality. BMC emphasis is on quality assurance coupled with natural grazing on chemical free pastures ensuring that customers receive products that are consistent while offering quality thus giving BMC a competitive edge."

As I said above, even if a source is cited content cannot be copied from it. It should have been more specific in that you also can't phrase text very closely to it either, what you write must be in your own words. Although I appreciate the attempts to add content to articles that do not have the best coverage, I may have to block you from editing if you continue to violate copyright. In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.

I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.

I do occasionally make mistakes. We get hundreds of reports of potential copyright violations every week, and sometimes there are false positives, for a variety of reasons. (Perhaps the material was moved from another Wikipedia article, or the material was properly licensed but the license information was not obvious, or the material is in the public domain but I didn't realize it was public domain, and there can be other situations generating a report to our Copy Patrol tool that turn out not to be actual copyright violations.)
