Use of talk pages edit

Welcome to Wikipedia! I noticed your comments at User talk:Crossroads#Culture and menstruation. In two comments, you managed to threaten User:Crossroads twice about seeking an admin to block them. You are still a new editor here, so you may not be aware of Wikipedia talk page and behavioral conventions yet, or of Wikipedia's Verifiability policy, which requires all content to conform to what the majority of reliable sources have to say about a topic. That is what Crossroads alluded to, as well as the stricter requirements of WP:MEDRS for the topic you are interested in. Crossroads is a very experienced editor in biomedical topics, and rather than make threats, you should learn from his example. Had I noticed your edit, I would have reverted it too, and for the same reason. Please spend a bit of time with Wikipedia's core policies of WP:Verifiability and WP:Identifying reliable sources, rather than making threats on the Talk page of editors trying to uphold those policies.

Finally, it's okay to have a disagreement about article content, but a user's talk page is not the right place to discuss article content. Instead, please start a discussion on the Talk page of the article concerned. You can still do that now, if you want, by adding a section at Talk:Culture and menstruation; that would be the right place to follow up, if you still believe the content you added belongs in the article. An article talk page is always the first place to discuss any disagreement about article content; please do not use a user's Talk page for that. If you have any questions, feel free to {{Reply}} below, or you can ask any question about editing Wikipedia at the Wikipedia:Help desk. Thanks, Mathglot (talk) 09:02, 9 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Oh. Okay! I will obey your message from now on! LilGoober4u (talk) 12:46, 9 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
