Hello, Lidia, and welcome to editing Wikipedia. You are, of course, very welcome to contribute to the project to build an encyclopaedia. However, some aspects of your editing suggest that you do not fully understand the nature of Wikipedia. Your user page invited its readers to look at your macramé work, and gave several links to other web sites where you hoped readers would go to see your work. In other words, you were using Wikipedia to attract visitors to your web sites, that is to say to promote those sites. Wikipedia policy is that no editing designed top promote or publicise anything is acceptable, so I have deleted your user page. Likewise, in your message at Wikipedia:Files for upload you said that you wanted to upload a photograph of your work "so this photo will gain popularity and will interest people", but again, using Wikipedia to make your work more popular, i.e. to promote it, is contrary to Wikipedia policy.
As I have already said, you are very welcome to contribute to the encyclopaedia, but if your only purpose is to publicise your work, then Wikipedia is not the right place for you. There is also one more fact which you may like to consider. If you upload your work to Wikipedia, then you are granting permission to anyone in the world to copy it, either as it is or modified in any way they choose, and use it for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, subject only to attribution to Wikipedia.
