LexingtonLad was a resident of Allentown contemporaneous with the running of the Liberty Bell Limiteds and to the end of the LVT city operations. My edits to the "wrecks" portion of the LVT article corrected at least one significant error and expanded upon the possible reasons for the 1003 wreck. Source of the causal and expository information was received verbally in the early 1950s from older persons who were privy to the accident investigation via their employment with LVT or who were acquaintances with such "inside" sources. My edit of the "History" section of the Albertus L. Myers Memorial Bridge article corrected the dates upon which different types of trolley operations ceased across the bridge. I rode the last run of the Liberty Bell Limited interurban across that bridge on the evening of September 6th, 1951. Frequent acquaintance with the Liberty Bell Limited service and its personnel is my authority for making this and the above changes. LexingtonLad (talk) 18:30, 14 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
