Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 105.112.101.253. I think this is a misunderstanding or irregularities or maybe a previous customer who was assigned my IP address was running one of these services Leon TRR (talk) 00:09, 14 August 2022 (UTC)

Decline reason:

You're not blocked directly, so I can't unblock you. The IP has been blocked as a proxy ... are you using a VPN? Or someone nearby on the network? But in any event the best way to deal with this is to go to WP:IPECPROXY and follow the instructions there to request IP block exemption. Daniel Case (talk) 06:25, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
