Warnings edit

Hello edit

Here[1] you threatened to out someone, but we don't do that on Wikipedia. We also consider threatening that a personal attack. So please stop those actions immediately. Thank you. =) Jesanj (talk) 22:05, 7 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

I recommend going back and striking your comments that threaten outing. Here's what you do: type <strike>these strike things around what you want to strike</strike> and it will look like this. Jesanj (talk) 22:10, 7 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Point well taken. I will do as you have requested, as your link was helpful and it is always best to abide by governing rules on and off of Wikipedia. Thank you. LegalEagleUSA (talk) 02:18, 8 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

ANI topic started about you by User:Aa1232011 edit

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is Administrator Help Needed. Thank you. Mtking (talk) 04:02, 8 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

I have followed the rules on personal attacks, commented in a civil manner and sent an apology to User:Aa1232011 twice. The fact remains, I know who he is yet will abide by the rules of Wikipedia as I value being an editor. If this does not suit him, please review my good faith reverted comments that I view fair within Wikipedia and of course both of our editing logs from the beginning of both user pages respectively. Thank you. LegalEagleUSA (talk) 04:57, 8 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Marisol Deluna‎ COI edit

Here you say that you do not "know[ing] her personally", so can you please explain this edit as it looks like you do know her. Mtking (talk) 07:09, 8 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Oh course. First answer: Because my friend is a teacher at Alamo Heights High School and the teachers give out awards every year to deserving students at a school assembly- Including "Most Artist". Second answer: I did not comment on knowing her personally, but rather, knowing of the man who boasted his near deletion of her Wikipedia entry. Any other questions? I am trying to be helpful as an editor. Thank you. LegalEagleUSA (talk) 07:21, 8 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Your comment "I have not outreached to Marisol for comment, yet am familiar with her fashion designs and private charitable outreach." is a strange use of words if you do not know her is all. I do however you link with her teachers is a WP:COI and should follow the guidelines for dealing with that. Mtking (talk) 07:42, 8 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
For the record, I am not a man nor have I ever boasted of near-deleting her article anywhere or at anytime. Yet you claim to know MY identity and threatened to "out" ME. I am curious to know how you would be privy to someone boasting of almost getting her article deleted if you do not know Deluna personally? Why would someone boast TO YOU? Where did you get this information and can you provide us with some proof for the sake of clarity since I was one of the people you accused? And why would you threaten to "use my legal resources to protect her and others from additional harassment or defamatory actions." when you and Deluna supporters are the only ones harassing and being defamatory towards myself and others and you claim not to know her personally? Why would someone not personally involved with Deluna sue anyone on her behalf for editing a Wikipedia article? Makes no sense. Aa1232011 (talk) 13:59, 8 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Answers: I have not outreached to Ms. Deluna, as you could just as easily through her website or facebook for example, yet that is not the point. As for being familiar with her designs- I live in her hometown of San Antonio where she has designed scarves and ties for numerous nonprofit organizations... So yes, I know of her work. There is no conflict of interest with her teachers. I simply have a friend who teaches there and has spoken to me about recent awards. She graduated over 20 years ago as her page states and I do not believe he taught her. LegalEagleUSA (talk) 08:02, 8 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Aa1232011 (talk)- For clarity, I have never stated that I have any interest in "suing" you or anyone on Wikipedia. Please show me where you read this. As for protecting her or others on Wikipedia, it is what all editors should do. I know San Antonio, not her. I know her work, not her. Would you really like me to name the location/venue in which I overheard (not engaged in conversation) the mention of your questioned edits? If so, it would be appropriate to note everything that was heard to provide a complete picture. (Yet would need advisement to abide by Wikipedia's standards to do so without being libel) As for being defamatory towards you, I apologize if wrongly accused and wish you success on your investigation on having your computer "hacked". LegalEagleUSA (talk) 14:32, 8 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

You mentioned in Deluna's talk page that: "[I will] use my legal resources to protect her and others from additional harassment or defamatory actions." Legal actions for someone you claim not to know and over a Wikipedia article????? Really???? After the admission by [User:Alteran1|Alteran1] of having been asked by Deluna herself in the admins noticeboard to edit her article and engagage in an edit war on her behalf, I have no desire to continue debating the issue any further. Good day. Aa1232011 (talk) 15:35, 8 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

why don't you just get an account and avoid these problems? You get more anonomity and less hassle that way.

I am about to sign up for an account due to this but I know it won't register my previous edits. I thought I would respond to these accusations because they are unfair and unfounded. 70.114.25.202 (talk) 16:01, 9 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Aa1232011 (talk)- In response, I simply followed the "edit history" of editors, not names or IP addresses. No memorization was needed. His name was overheard, his actions on and off of Wikipedia were learned and since this investigation began, his past towards Marisol Deluna has been revealed through the District Attorney's Office in our county. I agree to drop this, however as an attorney, I do not appreciate unlawful behavior towards anyone- Including Ms. Deluna. Wikipedia is not the platform for this discussion. My apologies for finger pointing and do not wish to partake in hearsay of anyone's intentions on Wikipedia as it is indeed liable behavior. Thank you. LegalEagleUSA (talk) 16:02, 11 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

You did say above: "You, me and 208.54.86.207 (talk) have IP addresses in the same city" that's why I asked how you got the information. You also say: "I do not appreciate unlawful behavior towards anyone-" I disagree. First, editing a Wikipedia article is not "unlawful" even if you disagree with the edits. Second, you only pointed out "unlawful behavior" towards Deluna suporters. You engaged in such behavior towards me and another editor on this and many editors talk pages which have not yet been fully striked through, completely recanted, or deleted. If indeed you are ready to bury the hatchet, I would appreciate some action from your part on your accusatory post as it also does not belong on the talk page and has many incorrect assertions. You mention someone saying an actual name, but how did you decide that was me (although I am female and the person you refer to is a man) and another IP editor. As an attorney, you know it's not advisable to accuse random people based on heresay from third parties. Lastly, I am going to enable emails on my acount again on here so you can send me an email with the details of the coversation you overheard (since you mentioned before wanting to do that) and so I can do some additional research if you don't mind. As I've stated, I am a journalist by profession and I have no problem collecting extra information in the cities in question to clear my name and verify what is being said here. Would appreciate your cooperation to set the record straight as I am ready to move on to other articles I have a greater interest in. Thank you. Aa1232011 (talk) 14:59, 12 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Respectfully, I do not wish to have communication with you off of Wikipedia. Please let's move forward. Best to focus on your current investigation of "web hacking" which is a federal offense and is a serious matter. LegalEagleUSA (talk) 15:39, 12 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

No problem. Since you refuse to completely strike through or delete the accusations made against me and I am intent on clearing my account of malicious and unfounded rumors, I will continue looking into this matter independently and believe you have already provided enough information on here for me to continue investigating the claims made against me and others AND the web hacking without your aid. Thank you anyways and moving on. Aa1232011 (talk) 16:39, 12 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

August 2011 edit

You are suspected of sockpuppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/ElizabethCB123. Thank you. Pictures for VIA Metro edit

I do not live in San Antonio or anywhere in south, but the VIA page need images of current buses to show readers of vehicles. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MJofLakeland (talkcontribs) 07:57, 22 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
