Hi Leetaz. I noticed your edit at the above article and your request for clarification at the Talk Page as to why it was deleted. The short answer is I don't know either. Regarding your question about editors being 'in charge' of particular pages, the answer is an emphatic 'No', and for an editor to assume that role is contrary to the way things are supposed to work around here. In fact you can read more on the phenomenon at this link. There has been some peculiar (I'll put it no stronger than that for the moment) activity at the above page recently, and I hope it doesn't put you off contributing there and elsewhere on the project. Normally when a substantial edit (as in your case) is reverted, a reason is given either on the Talk Page or in an edit summary. Hopefully 'normal service' can resume at this article soon.
