Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Hello Lcollante. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Isabel Bucaram, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Lcollante. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Lcollante|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 17:33, 1 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hi! Thanks for being so upfront about having been asked by your employer to edit Isabel Bucaram. The bureaucratic text above should help you to make an appropriate paid-editor disclosure, but if you need help just ask (here on this page is fine, I should see that you've done so). Please note that you absolutely may not copy non-free stuff from external websites into Wikipedia – that's what we call copyright violation, and is strictly not allowed. Again, if you have questions, ask here! As a paid editor, you are very strongly discouraged from editing that article; you may make a request on the talk-page for changes to be made (as before, clarification available on request!). Oh, and it would be quite reasonable for you to tell your employer that what you have been asked to do is simply not permitted under our policies and practices.   Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Isabel Bucaram. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. Hmm, you seem to have taken no notice whatsoever of what I wrote above. I'll lay it out in more direct terms:
  • you are a paid editor and are required to make appropriate disclosure before you make any other edit to any other page
  • you MAY NOT copy material from non-free external websites into Wikipedia; that includes this website.
If you do not observe these two restrictions to the letter, you may expect to be indefinitely prevented from further editing without further warning or discussion. As before, if you have questions, ask them here. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 19:22, 1 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to remove Articles for deletion notices or comments from articles and Articles for deletion pages, as you did at Isabel Bucaram, you may be blocked from editing. -- LuK3 (Talk) 12:25, 2 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because your account is being used only for advertising or promotion, as you did at Isabel Bucaram.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 12:57, 2 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
