Sorry I didnt post earlier, but your message got lost because it was at the top of my talk page. I have moved the article to a subspace of your space because I dont think it's ready to go live yet. The references arent formatted correctly and Im not sure they fully support the claims made in the article. I would recommend working on it some more before mainspacing it.
