Lavjibhai Badshah

Lavjibhai D. Daliya is reverentially known as “BADSHAH” for his whole-hearted social services and philanthropist nature. Having the courage to rise above ordinary life without education, no inheritance and no social legacy to fall back on, he has emerged as major real estate player of Gujarat. “Doing business with ethics and giving definite share of earnings for social services” has been the utmost moral belief of his life.

'About him'

After migrating to Surat from his native village Senjaliya (Bhavnagar, Gujarat) in 1984, he joined as an ordinary worker in a diamond company at very early age of 13, to support his family economically. Working hard with dedication for the next five years, in 1988 he decided to start his own diamond factory from his hard earned savings. He focused and grew the business for next six years and in 1995, he thought of entering into the real estate sector.

Gradually, he started learning the intricacies and complications of the real estate sector and after enriching the experience, he established company “Shree Infra” in 2005. Soon three years later, under the name of new company “Anjani Infra”, he achieved many milestones in the construction business. After successfully acquiring market of the South Gujarat by “Anjani Infra”, he decided to penetrate the real estate market in entire state with a construction giant under the name of “Avadh” in 2010. Thereafter, he entered into a diversified venture – “Ventura AirConnect”, a private aircraft service to improve the air connectivity within the state for the growth of all trades.

He is a well-known philanthropist, engaged in many charitable activities such as health-education, social services, water services, ‘Save Girl Child’ drive, public awareness campaigns, sanitation campaigns, disaster relief camps and much more. His nature of ‘giving away’ has earned him by-name “Badshah”. He has also launched the project “Badshah Sukanya Bond Yojana” to gift bonds of Rs 2 lakhs each to 10,000 girl child across the country to eradicate female infanticide.
