Yes, it was and was also deleted. It was because the article was copied entirely from https://www.tendenci.com/about-eschipul/. Wikipedia cannot accept text unless it is released under a compatible license and there was no evidence to show that this text was released by the copyright owner. As such this draft was deleted for being a copyright violation. You can re-create the draft, but instead write it in your own words.

Furthermore, if you have a connection to Ed Schipul you should declare this. If you are being paid for your edits you must disclose this per the terms of use of this site.

If you do re-create the draft, you should also write it from a neutral point of view and source it with reliable sources. For the draft to be accepted, it should also meet the general notability guideline and also the the notability guideline for biographies. Therefore you need to include several independent and reliable sources which cover Ed Schipul in a significant way for the draft to be accepted. Okay will do, yes I copied it from https://www.tendenci.com/about-eschipul/ which I manage. Thank you for the feedback, I will start again and look into the links you shared.
