Welcome to the Welcoming Committee edit
I've started welcoming new members to the Welcoming Committee. I see you've already welcomed approximately three hundred new users in only one day! My only concern is that they may feel like they're being welcomed by an automated bot. I suppose you may use a template if you must welcome so many newcomers, but you might want to consider at least creating a customized welcome template in your user space. That way, your welcomes won't seem quite so impersonal. Just create a welcome message in a user subpage (use {{Welcome}} as a general guide) and use it as a template on talk pages by enclosing the page's name in brackets.
