It's not considered a good idea to delete warning messages like the one above from your talk page. Everyone can see them if they look for them anyway.
Could you try to elaborate on AM251? The article is only one line long, with two links to nonexistant articles, no academic sources, and no context. Wikipedia is not a repository of notes. Maybe you should rather write a more general article on cannabinoid receptors and their antagonists.
