Speedy deletion nomination of MIQE edit

Your submission at Articles for creation edit
I noticed your submission in Articles for creation, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/MIQE, Minimum Information for Publication of Quantitative Real-Time PCR Experiments. Thanks! It will be reviewed by a volunteer soon.
Before it can be added to Wikipedia, your submission should have references. All articles on Wikipedia should have inline, numbered references after facts, showing the 'reliable source' (a newspaper, book, etc.) where the information can be checked, so that all information is verifiable.
Here's an example of how to add references:
He likes tea.<ref> Smith, John. "[http://foonews.com/Article42 Interview with Chzz]", Foo News, 1 April 2010. Retrieved 2011-05-22. </ref>

That makes the references automatically display as small numbers[1] which will link to the details in the section titled == References == at the end. You can see that example in action here.

- Please note: if you simply post a question here on your own user talk page, then it's quite likely nobody will see it. If you put {{helpme}} (with a question), it will get attention. :Fortunately, in this specific case, I happened to check your page and saw your question. So...
- Firstly, it would help if I could understand what it was about :-) -Sorry, but, it isn't clear to the average person; it needs to start off, at least, with a simple clear indication of what the article is all about. Beginning with something like,
- Minimum Information for Publication of Quantitative Real-Time PCR Experiments (MIQE) is a technique used in ... -what? I don't know; what field of science? What is the purpose of it, what is it all about? Try and explain in terms you might use if explaining it to a random-stranger (but in a formal tone, like a paper encyclopaedia). We call the first part of the article the "lede", so please take a look at WP:LEDE.
- The, the problem with the tone of the language is, that it sounds too 'discursive' - essay-like - instead of an Encyclopaedia article presenting facts in a neutral manner without actually forming any opinion or giving any interpretation. A neutral point-of-view, with no novel synthesis. Specifically;
- it became apparent that the technique had great potential not simply for DNA detection and amplification, but also for quantitative studies
- The "it has been apparent" is unnecessary - apparent to whom? And "great potential" also sounds non-neutral. It'd probably be better with something like, the technique had the potential to simplify DNA detection and amplification, and also in quantitative studies.
- Please note the use of two wikilinks there, to try and help the reader understand better. I don't actually know if those links are the best target - I don't actually know this subject very well; but, some good links would also help.
- Other examples that might be non-neutral include A major step forward... (was it really a major step? maybe it was; I wouldn't know - but, be careful in opinion); developed a plethora of different approaches - that's a bit of a vague term; it'd be better to just say 'several techniques', probably; and A detailed checklist covering each stage of work with recommendations as to what is desirable information to submit with publications and which is essential information to submit is available online (see External Links below) - that last sentence, I'd suggest just removing; wikipedia isn't a guidebook, and it actually sounds a little promotional.
- Two further suggestions

- Look at some of our best articles in similar topic-areas, for ideas: e.g. WP:FA#Biology
