August 2019 edit

Regarding User:Ladysydb/NMAC 3108 Journal I would recommend reading WP:UPNOT before proceeding lest you waste effort on something that must ultimately be taken down. I do not know what your intentions are with the page but please be aware of this. 8.38.177.4 (talk) 15:08, 15 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

@8.38.177.4: This user is a student involved with WikiEdu and is keeping a journal that will lead directly to her accomplishing a project here on Wikipedia. For more information, see my course syllabus. I have taught on Wikipedia many times using similar assignments, and it has never been an issue in the past. Thanks. —Grlucas (talk) 15:20, 15 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Grlucas: I was entirely unfamiliar with this program/project. Thank you for educating me, and I apologize to you and @Ladysydb: if my warning came off as threatening or as a cause for concern. 8.38.177.4 (talk) 15:30, 15 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

I am a college student creating a journal page as instructed by my professor. Grlucas is his username on here. I'm not sure if I did it correctly, but the purpose of this page is purely academic, I assure you.

@Ladysydb: Be sure you keep backups of your work in case anyone messes with it. —Grlucas (talk) 15:20, 15 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
