Jazzbox, these sound like pretty routine issues in a working seismology lab. Don't you think it's editorializing and hyperbolic to call them "failures". Can you point to another seismological Wikipedia page that documents these kinds of critiques?
- If you don't like critics, then the PNSN should not goof off at Seahawks games, and develop robust systems that work (eg., actually provide an early warning) and don't fail.
