August 2015 edit

If you think i'm an idiot then you clearly have not met Againstdisinformation, anyway that counts as a personal attack, please don't, it's rude. --Reaganomics88 (talk) 09:25, 27 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please do not attack other editors. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you --Reaganomics88 (talk) 09:41, 27 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Picture of Dr. Thomas Sowell.jpeg edit

A tag has been placed on File:Picture of Dr. Thomas Sowell.jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. James Clark McReynolds edit

Ordinarily, citations are not put into the lead paragraph of the article. You have to read on down. So your "no citation for this statement" assertion was only half way correct. In fact, there are lots of citations for his antisemitism, which was notorious (e.g., he wouldn't sit for official pictures with Brandeis). 7&6=thirteen () 15:21, 10 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
