Re:cat

edit

Hi - no, its not "my idea." As "modern Indian philosophers" is a subcat of "Indian philosophers," it is wrong for Iqbal to be listed in both. Sure you can make this correction elsewhere. I share your enthusiasm for improving such articles - please check out WP:INWNB, WP:IND and Wikipedia:WikiProject Hinduism. Cheers, and lemme know if I can be of help on anything. Unreferenced BLPs

edit

Hello Kumarilabhatta! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to this article, it would greatly help us with the current 849 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. Meera Kosambi - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Proposed deletion of Shastrartha

edit

The article Shastrartha has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable contests

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Contemporary Indian philosophers

edit

A tag has been placed on Category:Contemporary Indian philosophers indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 04:56, 9 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
