Hi Kulturtrager, it sounds like an interesting site. However, I can't figure out how to play any of the files there with my screen reader ... I hear one of Mozart's violin sonatas when I open up the homepage but I can't play any other files ... even after clicking on what I think is the play button! Also, I have some other suggestions, seeing as I added most of the ISGM links to Wikipedia:

  • Wikipedia is very strict about the copyright of its external links. With the ISGM links, all files are uploaded by the museum, so copyright is not a problem, but all files on Classical Connect are uploaded by users around the world, so there is a high potential for copyright violations, unless you have a way of \controlling them.
  • Don't add a link to a recording of a piece where there is already one in the article, unless it is significantly different to the ones already there (i.e. different voice types, use of modern rather than historical instruments, etc).
  • When adding the links, note the technology required to use them (e.g. Flash).
  • Keep in mind the conflict of interest guideline.

It might also be worth asking about the links at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Classical music and Wikipedia talk:External links. Graham87 01:25, 1 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
