Please, I actually need your education on how I can work and edit on HTLM space. Also I want A proposal monthly news drafting, presently I am on the page of the Editor in chief Kudpung to commence it. But I wanted a fact on a certain issue am not clear of. E.g. editing the HTLM Links, citations, cite references, advertising or comments and a safety guides to work on appropriately as an editor of the work on going and progress as well as administrating a web/blog to it.
