Speedy deletion nomination of Rick Reinert edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Rick Reinert requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Rick Reinert was a known animator. edit

The main reason I made this page is because I became a huge fan of his work since 2009. He was a talented animator. And for some reason, he became forgotten about after his retirement. My favorites from his work were "Cap'n O. G. Readmore's Puss in Boots" and "Kingdom Chums: Original Top Ten". One series, "Family Trees", never came to pass. Proposed deletion of Rick Reinert edit

The article Rick Reinert has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. June 2018 edit

Hello, I'm Acroterion. I noticed that you made one or more changes to an article, Ted Bundy, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. A tag has been placed on An American Tail: The Computer Adventures of Fievel and His Friends requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://www.mobygames.com/game/an-american-tail-the-computer-adventures-of-fievel-and-his-frien. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Hello, I'm El cid, el campeador. I noticed that you made a comment that didn't seem very civil, so it has been removed. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ‡ Єl Cid of ᐺalencia ᐐT₳LKᐬ 04:14, 3 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Kirsty, I have no idea what this editor is talking about - I can't see anything uncivil from you. But I see that you're upset about the deletion of your article on the game. The problem is that the law of copyright exists and Wikipedia takes it very seriously. So please try again to create an article on that game, but use your own words. Read what the mobygames site says about it then use their facts and your own words. Please don't let this episode put you off from editing. PamD 04:32, 3 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

[[1]] Thank you for those kind words. Personally, I have poor speech and I'm not very good wording things in my own way. I didn't go to Moby Games website. I'll just leave the page making to the professionals unless I come across a typo. Kristie Ann Webb (talk) 07:02, 3 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

@PamD: - ahem, well I was referring to where the user said "If anybody is jerk enough to accuse me for infringing copyright material..." That appeared a bit uncivil. ‡ Єl Cid of ᐺalencia ᐐT₳LKᐬ 21:10, 3 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
@El cid, el campeador: Ah, I missed that little word (or it didn't strike me as particularly offensive) - she was over-reacting somewhat, but was clearly upset. Kirsty: if the site you had looked at wasn't the one that someone thought you had copied from, it's probable that the site had copied the text themselves - you'll often find the same text in multiple places. In any case, the same thing applies: write it yourself. And don't be rude about other editors who are just trying to keep Wikipedia legal. Thanks. PamD 22:21, 3 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

I just want to apologize for such harsh language. You see, I have Asperger's syndrome and I can get upset easily like a small child. My maturity is extremely slow. I will watch my language next time. Kristie Ann Webb (talk) 02:26, 4 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

The article An American Tail: The Computer Adventures of Fievel and His Friends is back online, but this time with original content. Several websites erroneously stated that the game was released in 1993 or 1994. A link to LA Times newspapers tells that it was in fact released in 1992. If you're a fan of the "American Tail" series, I could do some research for the PS2 game, if you'd like that. Editing an article takes practice, so there's no reason to be hard on yourself for being a beginner. It's quite exciting to uncover facts about a game or something media that is generally unknown unless it is brought to peoples' attention. Take care and happy editing. Deltasim (talk) 10:17, 4 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Indeed, I am a fan of An American Tail series, with the exception of An American Tail: Fievel Goes West and the 1992 TV series. I love the first movie a lot, which I owe Don Bluth credit for such beautiful masterpiece, and enjoyed the Direct-to-video movies. My least favorite franchise is All Dogs Go To Heaven starting the second movie where Charlie Barkin made negative remarks about Heaven. The first All Dogs Go To Heaven film is considered a better movie and that's where MGM should have stopped. Kristie Ann Webb (talk) 16:27, 4 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Sonic SatAM edit

Hello there! I saw you wrote on User:MusikBot's talk page. MusikBot is not human, but an automated program. I am the bot operator. You should have been brought to my talk page when you click on the "Talk" link for MusikBot, e.g. User talk:MusikBot. Not sure why that didn't work for you. Anyway, MusikBot doesn't actually protect pages, rather it manages the protection templates. If you think a page should be protected, you should ask at WP:RFPP. Hope this helps! August 2018 edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use talk pages for inappropriate discussion, as you did at Talk:Sonic the Hedgehog (TV series), you may be blocked from editing. I know you know that some of your comments not about improving articles have been deleted from Talk pages because you asked that this one not be. It was (by another editor). Please, the internet is full of opinions and theories where people can discuss motivations behind casting and characterization. Wikipedia is for neutrally presented encyclopedia articles supported by facts, not suppositions, and its talk pages are for discussions on improving the same. JesseRafe (talk) 22:42, 13 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Don't worry. This won't happen again. Don't block me from editing. Besides, I might not be editing for a long time. Kristie Ann Webb (talk) 00:55, 14 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

< Use of talk page for inappropriate discussion redacted. Do this once more, on any talk page, and you probably will be blocked from editing. >

I can't tell if this is high level trolling or you really think the above is an argument for you not engaging in inappropriate discussions. I've said what you need to be told, you can find another internet community to engage in your opinions and memories. Also, please note that even off of the article talk pages, your own User Talk page is not your personal website either. More can be found at WP:NOTWEBHOST. If you can contribute in meaningful ways, please do. Cheers. JesseRafe (talk) 16:44, 14 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Sorry about that. I will do better next time. I have Asperger's syndrome. 😞 Kristie Ann Webb (talk) 19:27, 14 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

You will have to pardon Kristie Ann Webb for the inconvenience about the Sonic SatAM. Me and her talked and I'm sure she's not suggesting about that show on this site again. Peace.✌🏻 SierraJames46 (talk) 04:22, 28 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

I just wanted to apologize for the inconveniences I've made a while back. From now on, I will use my account fairly. As for the talk pages, I'll just leave them alone unless I can discuss topics properly. Sorry. I do not want to be blocked from editing. Kristie Ann Webb (talk) 22:23, 1 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

November 2018 edit

Please do not add or change content, as you did at The Secret of NIMH 2: Timmy to the Rescue, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 18:04, 5 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Sorry about that. It won't happened again. I'll give up editing for this site for now. Kristie Ann Webb (talk) 19:38, 5 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Didn't mean to discourage you, but we do need all material published here to be verifiable, which typically means providing a source for information we publish. Best wishes! DonIago (talk) 20:52, 5 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
