Seeing your Flickr photo stream I am unsure that you own the copyright of the image since there are multiple questionable images in your Flickr photostream. Anyway, we don't need information on those photos, but, please explain how and where you took this photo of Arjun Chakrabarty? Did anyone/Arjun Chakrabarty give him this photo or you took this photo etc? --Tito Dutta (talk) 20:17, 5 January 2013 (UTC)
