Doctor Who serials edit

Hi there! Your write-up on The Web Planet was just fine - my edits were just cosmetic to bring it in line with the style of the other pages. Just a couple of things to note: when citing a novel or short story, be sure to say who it's by as well; and when you put in the external links and categories at the bottom, check to see they're correct (I, too, have been a victim of cut-and-paste errors). Aside from that, great job, and please, keep contributing. If you wanted to do a more detailed plot - i.e., expand your synopsis section, then do a short one or three sentence version as an actual synopsis - like in some of the other serial articles, it would be welcome as well. --khaosworks 01:58, 16 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Toledo Museum of Art edit

I'm pleased you added the photograph--which is excellent--to the Tol. Museum article. It sorely needed one. I did edit the caption a tiny bit. Incidentally, it would be great to add a photograph of a painting from the collection as well—do you have any idea how a public domain image could be found? Thanks! UT actually teaches an entire course based on that painting. Chick Bowen 14:36, 2 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

State park "template" edit

I am unclear as to how to use your Template:State park as a template, namely the syntax. I ended up just copying and editing the table contents for: First Landing State Park. Is this what you intended people to do? Did I use it correctly in that article? — Eoghanacht talk 14:13, 28 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

I added a sample syntax under the page's talk. Rework as needed. I could not figure out how to get a coordinate template (such as 37°15′27″N 76°48′11″W / 37.25750°N 76.80306°W / 37.25750; -76.80306) to work within the template. — Eoghanacht talk 12:40, 29 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

I did not really expect that using a template within a template would work. I just went ahead and tried it without success. There is a template version of the protected areas infobox that allows one to program coordinates. See: Template talk:Protected Area Table. However, only one site (El Morro National Monument), perhaps because it has a text-wrapping problem. — Eoghanacht talk 18:29, 29 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

There is a revised template-based version of the Wikipedia:WikiProject Protected Areas/Infobox that I think may be useful for all areas, including state parks. See that page for one example (St. Clement's Island). Most of the fields are optional. — Eoghanacht talk 15:48, 31 October 2005 (UTC)Reply
Did you know? has been updated. A fact from the article Vermilion Lighthouse, which you recently created, has been featured in that section on the Main Page. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the "Did you know?" talk page.

DYK edit

I just wanted to congratulate you on the new article which made the Main Page in the Did You Know feature.

"withdrawn" v. "failed" edit

Since a withdrawn nom is a kind of failed nom, I've removed the latter cat from Harriet Miers and made the former a subcat of it. Sound reasonable?  BD2412 talk 14:33, 27 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

Hi, this image that you appear to have uploaded is slated for deletion, due to missing copyright/source info. Can you clarify? --Jrohr 20:34, 21 November 2005 (UTC)Reply
