Re. Userpage edit

Dude, if you can't use proper grammar or Wikitext formatting, I don't see why you have a problem if someone's helping out. It's not as if I'm radically changing the plot or anything either-- But if you ask me to refrain from changing "pokemon" to "Pokémon", I shall most definitely refuse. Cheers, The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 16:41, 22 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Incidentally, you seem to have decided to remove the third type of triple-type Pokémon. I put them into the field for the second type because anything you write under "Type 3" doesn't show-- that's not a valid parameter. If you have a problem with me changing "Pokémon Iron, Pokémon Steel and Pokémon Titanium" to "Pokémon Iron, Steel and Titanium", fine, I won't. But I dont see why you'd hav a problem with me correcting the spelling of "Professor" or changing "pokemon" to "Pokémon". --The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 16:43, 22 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
Sure. You don't wanna learn the spelling of "Professor" or "Pokémon" or the difference between "their" and "there", too bad. The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 02:45, 23 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

See? edit

You have no idea of WikiFormatting. What's the Clamper and Maraslash infoboxes doing in Sciben's section? I'm going ahead and fixing that, whether you like it or not. Keep in mind that that is the only edit I'm making right now, don't go ballistic over that. --The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 16:36, 27 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

No you don't, as you keep consistently proving. And you're only learning by observing me, i see you added {{-}} to Austin's userpage. As for Flynnon, Wikipedia is not for things made up in school one day. That article has not a snowball's chance in hell of staying. So stop pretending like you know what's going on here. You don't even have the slightest idea of Talk Page wikiquette, FHS, and neither are you bothered to learn. --The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 02:39, 28 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
Sign your posts on Talk Pages. Go ahead, call the cops. As a warning on every edit page says, "If you don't want your writing to be edited mercilessly or redistributed by others, do not submit it." As for getting a life, I think you're the one who needs one. No one with a life spends hours writing about a fictional series of games thinking that some noob's gonna fall for it. --The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 02:45, 30 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
First of all, I'm 15, not 40. Secondly, gen 4 is the latest in Japan, and was released in September 2006 there. Thirdly, see Wikipedia:User page. It mentions clearly that you do not own your userpage. Fourthly, ya, go ahead, call the cops. I'm outside their jurisdiction, I live in Asia. --The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 15:34, 30 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
As the D/P page says, it was released in September 2006 in Japan, not "Early 2006" as you put it. It is the latest gen even there, and I know that full well. Moreover, a gen lasts for 2-3 years, not 1.5 years. And the google results for naranja show it to be a hack, not a real game. Not notable, see Wikipedia:Notability. --The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 15:52, 30 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
Who says I need to be an Admin? You're setting up Straw man arguments now. And let me remind you that your only edit in mainspace was vandalism. --The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 15:56, 30 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
See WP:CIVIL and WP:NPA. You're the one violating policy here. And this mainspace edit constitutes vandalism. --The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 16:06, 30 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Re: Pokemon Flynon version edit

"Dude you got a serious problem."

What is this serious problem?

"Well why are you checking people's userpages."

I am not checking anyone's userpage; what are you talking about?

"anyway, he will reference the article soon."

"He" has only a very short time to do so; otherwise, the article appears to be headed for deletion. Also, please sign your comments to talk pages by typing ~~~~. Thank you. BassoProfundo 19:40, 27 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Reply to your request at my talk edit

Hi Kosmo,

To me it appears that your dispute is over the content of your userpage. I would suggest you ask he or she nicely to stop editing your userpage and leave it at that. Please refrain from making personal attacks as you seem to have resorted to doing here. I would also take a look at what your userpage should not be and see if yours is appropriate. However, if this escalates further, I think you will see administrators tend to side against you, because your only contribution to the encyclopedia was a deliberate introduction of false information (what appears to be a hoax. Re. GET IT STRAIGHT edit

I suppose you're responsible for this. Well, you're just 13, so you can't be in Nintendo. The fact remains, neither G5 nor G8 exist. And you did try to contact an Admin yesterday, I see the message. Mark his reply. I am a legitimate Wikipedia user, you're a single-purpose account trying to spread a hoax. And you're making invalid legal threats and repeated personal attacks on me. I'm afraid I'm the one on the right side of the law here. --The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 14:36, 1 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

I posted this as a reply to your post on The Raven's Apprentice's page, and he asked me to put it here as well.

Umm... not quite. Take a peak at WP:NOR. You must have third-party, reliable sources to support your claims if you wish to include them in articles. P3net 14:56, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

Unspecified source for Image:Blazkien.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Blazkien.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 16:16, 1 July 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 16:16, 1 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

3rd Party Opinion on Your Dispute with The Raven's Apprentice edit

No!! My userpage is my personal page

No, it's not. As per WP:OWN, you do not own any pages, your userpage included.

And in Japan yes they have released the Eighth Generation of Pokémon. So obviously I don't spend "hours" no the computer writing about a "fictional" series.

As per Wikipedia:Verifiability, please back your claims up with a reliable third party source.

Ya, I will call the cops if you ever get personal again.

Please see WP:LEGAL.

If your not a Wikipedia admin. than why do you keep bothering my and my friend Austin7895 like you are an admin. Hmm??!! That kinda strikes me odd.

As per Wikipedia:Resolving_disputes, he is simply following the correct steps in dispute resolution.

Cheers! P3net 18:57, 1 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Re. Please edit

As per Help:Talk_page, WP:OWN and WP:CIVIL, talk pages are for dialog, which I am trying to engage in, and I cannot be stopped from editing them as long as my edits are in good faith, which they are. I'm simply trying to prevent a third-party viewpoint, which is one often-helpful thing during issue resolving. Editing your userpage is something you can request me to cease, however I'd like to take this time to note that I have not done so. Furthermore, all of my edits are bona fide (as should be assumed per Wikipedia:Assume good faith), and I am free to make comments in opinions that do not support you. Copyright on Image:Winged_dragon_of_ra.jpg edit

As you are not the creator of the work, but instead the creator of the screenshot (as per your description/edit summary), it would be more appropriate to use Template:Non-free_game_screenshot for the copyright of your image. Please consider changing it so you do not violate copyright laws. Thank you! P3net 14:53, 2 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Note: Upon further consideration, it looks as if it is possible that these images were uploaded solely for the use of your talkpage. If that is the case, please be advised they may be speedily deleted as Wikipedia is not a webspace providor. Also, you may want to consider the fact that the content on your userpage does not seem to be relevant to current Wikipedia articles, as is specified as a requirement in the page above. Final reply edit

Fine then, all I'm doing to your userpage is adding {{-}}. If you put that after writing some text, the section'll end where the Infobox ends, not where the text ends. This prevents the infoboxes from jutting into wrong sections. And another problem, which I've refrained from solving, is that the spelling is pathetic... Please use a spellchecker! As for G8, I'm 900% sure you're lying, but as long as you don't put any of that stuff in the mainspace, I can live with it. And do contribute constructively to the encyclopedia instead of just editing your userpage, Wikipedia isn't a webhost. You can always ask me if you need any help, of course. Hoping for more cooperation in the future, The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 15:52, 2 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Duplicate images uploaded edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Hamon123.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:Hamon.jpg. The copy called Image:Hamon.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot 14:15, 3 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Hamon123.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Hamon123.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. All of these images have been nominated for deletion because, as per WP:USER#Images_on_user_pages, you are not allowed to use non-free fair use images on userpages. I've removed those images from your userpage as I am allowed to do, and nominated them for deletion as they are not included in any mainspace article. Please note that including these images in a mainspace article will violate Wikipedia:Don't_create_hoaxes, unless you can actually produce valid evidence of the existence of these games from a reputable third-party source as per WP:NOR. The Images You Removed Orphan Tags From edit

I re-added the orphan tags as the images are still indeed orphans. They are used on only your userpages (well, they were previously--as per my last edit on your talk page, I removed those as I am allowed to), and you have provided no reason for them to remain. As such, they are still orphans. Please do not remove the tags again without providing a legitimate reason (legitimacy being determined by a consensus of editors who choose to involve themselves, not yourself.) Thanks! User:Kosmo the fighter edit

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article User:Kosmo the fighter, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at [[Talk:User:Kosmo the fighter|its talk page]]. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
