{{helpme}} Please, help me, 'cos I really don't get it: I need to create an article about a movie and I know that here's (in English Wiki) no current articles for this movie. I'm already posted this article at Russian Wiki (russian language, of course) and trying to post the same at Ukrainian Wiki (ukrainian language). And there is almost everything clear. But not in Main Wiki. So, where I can find some film pattern to create my article on its base? Thaks a lot.

First of, there is no "Main Wiki", just an English Wikipedia that happens to be the largest. Then, I saw you were editing the main template rather than a new article. You need to edit the name of the article, for example Las Meninas (film) and add the information there, using the information you incorrectly entered at Template:Infobox Film/doc (i.e. {{Infobox Film | name = Las Meninas | image = | caption = drama | director = Ihor Podolchak | co-director = Dean Karr | producer = Ihor Podolchak | writer = Ihor Podolchak | starring = Mykola Veresen, Lyubov Tymoshevska, Hanna Yarovenko, Dmytro Chernyavsky, Ilona Arsentyeva, Stas Arsentyev, Viktoriya Ulyanchenko, Valeriya Ulyanchenko | music = Oleksandr Schetynsky, Yuriy Yaremchuk | cinematography = Serhiy Mykhalchuk | editing = Ihor Podolchak | released = 25.01.2008 International Film Festival Rotterdam | runtime = 99' | country = Ukraine | language = Ukrainian (English subtitles) }}). But before you do so, you should make sure that it satisfies our notability guidelines for films to avoid that you put work into it that will be deleted. Hope that helps, regards SoWhy 14:12, 28 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Ihor Podolchak

edit

I've removed the list of every festival his film has appeared in. It's not appropriate. For more discussion, see talk:Ihor Podolchak. Regards. -- Whpq (talk) 18:43, 5 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Unreferenced BLPs

edit

Hello Koshatosha! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 671 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
