Speedy deletion of Buzz patterson

edit

A tag has been placed on Buzz patterson, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 04:53, 27 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

I've removed the speedy-delete notice and replaced it with an {{underconstruction}} tag to give you more time to work on this. You need to include some references from independent, reliable sources, meaning stuff from other than Patterson's own web site. Right now, this article comes across as an advertisement for Patterson, and advertising is not allowed at Wikipedia. Let me know if you ned any help by leaving a message on my talk page. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 05:14, 27 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
"Reasonably well-educated"? What the heck are you doing here? :-) Just kidding. Take the time you need, and let me know if you need help. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 15:14, 27 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hello Korgpolyex800! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 874 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
