Hello Konstruktiv II, I've added a reference to the Legality of cannabis by country to substantiate the claim that the cultivation, possession and sale of cannabis is illegal in the Netherlands. Confusion often arises regarding the actual legal status of cannabis in that country because of the presence of the famous "coffeehouses", where the sale and consumption of cannabis openly occurs without apparent legal penalty. As is explained in the article Drug policy of the Netherlands, the apparent legality of cannabis in that country is not a result of its formal legalization by their government, their police authorities have simply adopted a policy of "non-enforcement" when it comes to applying the law to what they define as "softer drugs". I'd like to request that you do not continue to post abusively toned messages using capital letters to my talk page; even if it's your intention to remove them later, as you did here.[3] I'd like to request that we communicate either here on your talk page (which I'll monitor for responses) or on the talk page of the article under discussion so we can keep everything 'together' and perhaps make it easier for replies. You're confusing "toleration" for "legal". As supported by a reliable reference in the Legality of cannabis by country article, federal law in the Netherlands states that cultivation, possession or sale of cannabis, is illegal in the country. It's handled in part of what's called "The Opium Act" and remains in force. This is the important distinction: although cannabis is illegal, years ago the Dutch federal government changed their laws so that regional police administrators would be allowed to decide for their own local jurisdictions, whether or not to enforce the laws regarding small amounts of what they considered "soft" drugs. Local police authorities in turn decided not to prosecute small scale cannabis cases in general, opening the door to the "coffee houses" and a generally tolerant approach to the substance. Although I'll admit that this list definitely needs more work (including the Netherlands entry), telling readers that "cannabis is legal" in the Netherlands is totally misleading in my opinion, it appears to fly in the face of the reliable references available on the subject which indicate the opposite. In my opinion we're not going to do any better than "illegal, but decriminalized in some situations for possession and sale in small amounts". Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions so far. While your contributions are mostly fine i would point out that wikipedia has a policy in place that deals with civil behavior and personal attacks against other editors. I would ask that you read these, and that you remember that friendly conversations are preferable over insults and swears. Edit summaries such as "OK now? If you can't read, don't fucking wright on Wikipedia!" and comments such as "It's NOT wrong information. Vandals like you are being blocked. Now, I wanna say it to an administrator. We don't need no users like you" are unproductive as they only set bad blood between editors. Even if you are certain you a right it is best to use somewhat more polite wording to convince the other party.

Besides this i would also point out that content disputes are best solved trough talks with the other party - either on their talk page or on the article's talk page. Also do keep in mind that on Wikipedia verifiable content is deemed more acceptable then the truth. If you believe something is incorrect find a reliable source and add this as a verification to your claim. If sources conflict you can always discuss the issue.
