In my opinion the block of AltUser (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) applies to you. If you wish to continue to edit on Wikipedia (other than to the arbitration case) please request relief from the indefinite block of that account. Fred Bauder 22:36, 24 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

I have no desire to have AltUser unblocked, I have no need for that account.--Konstable II 02:06, 25 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Ok, first off, a while back I told you not to troll on my talk page, you're last comment wasn't, so I'm responding. You're others were because you were calling me a liar (or implying it) and were taking every shot to nitpick at every statement I said, even the slightest misconception which I changed after looking deeper into it. Correcting me isn't trolling, but leaving 2 page long messages about how wrong I am, is.

I somewhat agree that the arbitration case has gone beyond any value. Your sysop bit was the only thing worth bringing to the ArbCom and you had that removed before ArbCom had a chance to make a decision. I'm not arguing one way or the other to keep the arbitration case going or not, because I think a proper and final completion needs to be decided so any furthur actions or precautions have a immediate solution (or we have some idea about it). The only thing I'm concerned over now is you using sockpuppets, I think you should limit yourself to using one account, your sockpuppets ruined your reputation here whether or not you intend on editing still.

About Ryushort, I still do believe it's you unless another CheckUser to prove me wrong has been initiated. It's nice that you and Ryulong have patched things up and hold no grudges too. Agian, I have no opinion on whether to continue it or not, or have the authority to call it off.

Another thing I just wanted to add was this: Personally, I think this all could have been avioded had you not decide to use another account. I think you knew what you were getting yourself into and I'm dissappointed you did that at all. semper fiMoe 16:08, 27 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

This case is now closed and the results have been published at the link above.

Konstable, now voluntarily desysopped, may not be resysopped without using the normal channels, including a request for adminship and community consensus.

Dear ex-Konstable: I saw your note on WP:AN. At my instance, the incorrect finding about your being in conflict with Ryulong at the time the "Ryushort" account was created his now been stricken from the final decision. And, it's been clarified that because no ban passed, you're free to edit any time. Of course, as I said on the Workshop, you're free to take a wikibreak or vanish too, but I wanted to be sure you know it's up to you. Regards, Newyorkbrad 05:02, 11 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
