Speedy deletion nomination of SOS - The San Onofre Syndrome

Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably free and compatible copyright license. I thought that for a film or book it was OK to insert in the Synopsis that the filmmaker/author had published on the web, but I see that is still not allowed.

Ok, I will do my best to always paraphrase or quote a small amount of the source under quotation marks.

P.S.: Regarding the deletion above of the SOS - The San Onofre Syndrome (film) page, I had been in talks with wiki editor Josey Wales and I understood what was the problem.
