Speedy deletion nomination of List of 88 films releases edit

Hello Kn5150,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged List of 88 films releases for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Prof. Mc (talk) 12:46, 15 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

seriously why is my page always targeted for deletion? im getting pretty sick and tired of this. there is nothing wrong with my page. the first time, someone deleted all my references. i accepted that. there are many pages very similar to mine showing lists of films released by a certain film label or distributor. check out the list of arrow films for example. it has almost 200 references that link to the arrow site for purchase. i do not have these links. there are no links to the films to purchase. it is simply a reference list for collectors such as myself. nothing illegal here. stop targeting my article. there are worse things happening in the world and you're concern is about my article. ask yourself, what's wrong with this picture.

Hello. I noticed that you attempted to file a deletion discussion but did not complete the process. Please note that, when listing an article for deletion, a discussion page needs to be made for other users to discuss whether to keep or delete the article. This is typically done by following the steps listed here. Note that if you are editing as an unregistered user, you cannot create a discussion page. Please consider registering an account or asking another user to help you complete the process at Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion. Thank you. Hello there edit

Where shall I start. First of all, stop harassing other editors, like you did at User talk:Sarahj2107. In fact, don't talk to her at all anymore. Second, I reverted your retaliatory AfD nominations. If you want to nominate those articles, a. do it correctly and b. try to not make it look like you're just angry. Third, don't send any more of those assholish emails. I deleted 88 Films, sure, after a deletion discussion (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/88 Films), just as properly as Sarahj2107 closed the other one. You got a problem with that, you try Deletion Review, as was suggested to you--you don't go around harassing other people. And if you do, please punctuate more properly--at the very least you should have put a comma before "moron". Drmies (talk) 17:08, 15 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

harass?? me?? i merely questioned her and tried to get answers as to why my article got deleted. so tell me then drmies, why is arrows list of releases still an article and yet my article got deleted? oh thats right it was you who deleted the 88films main page. because of that, my article got deleted. you see its kind of a chain reaction which you caused. why cant you answer me plainly as to why the arrow page is not deleted? what was so different to arrows list of releases page to my list of 88 films page? why did it get deleted? have you even looked at my article that got deleted? or like sarahj2107 do you delete articles blindly without actually checking them?

  • That is harassment: "do you delete articles blindly without actually checking them". It is a blatant violation of WP:AGF. No, that is note "merely" asking a question. Moreover, it shows you just don't know how this how deletion process works. The admin who deletes something closes a discussion based on the content of the discussion. There is no way any admin would have closed these differently--I speak from experience. Now, for the last time (Sarahj2107 said it at least once, and I said it once already), there is an option: Deletion review. Any more of this bothersome behavior and I will block you per WP:NOTHERE: you may well be here only to promote some entity, which is not in the best interest of the encyclopedia, and harassing other editors along the way. I prefer we not go that far. Good luck. Drmies (talk) 00:00, 16 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
